Important before booking take in consideration the power grid in PR is shaky and at moments, we lose power and water without any notice. Whole house has air conditioners, Hot water and completely fenced in, safe for your kids. (Due to guest not cleaning after pets, ruining rugs, hair everywhere even in dryer and washer I’m not accepting any kind of pets) Not located in tourist zone. The space Place is nice and comfortable, the house counts with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms . Double car garage in the back, we have washer and dryer available.. completely fenced in. It’s not a gated community and they’re are dogs in the areas. Guest access You have access to the whole house and can park in the garage. Other things to note To avoid a bad experience please read the property description before booking, GUEST SHOULD CLEAN AFTER THEMSELVES BEFORE CHECK OUT (clean your dirty dishes and take trash out) cleaning fee will go up if rules are not followed and to keep prices low we ask for your cooperation.
