Kitchen has a filtered water tap above sink for drinking water. Guest access The entire cottage is yours! There is plenty of parking in our gated, fenced yard. Other things to note This is our guest house, with our main house also in a separate section of the property. This guest house has lots of privacy, with its own garden space with outdoor seating area and lounge chairs. The property has different areas, the garage with the Suite, a separate house called Casita Margarita, and the main house, Casa Luna. All of them feel separate and private so you will not feel cramped. Please be aware there might be other guests staying in Casita Margarita while you are visiting. There are lots of plants and trees surrounding the front of the casita. This makes a beautiful garden spot where there are two lounge chairs and a table with chairs. The plants block the road view from the front of the casita. I HAVE A DOG/CAT. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? We love dogs and have two. One brindle colored medium size dog named Nikki and a medium size white lab-Italian greyhound mix named Riley. So we allow dogs on a case by case basis. We like to talk to you before you book to make sure this will be a good fit for you, your dog and our property and that we all have the same expectations. We do not allow puppies or cats.
