With all the comforts of home including kitchen, laundry, living room with smart tv and bathroom. Walk out the french doors onto a large yard where you can enjoy the sounds of nature. The ocean is a 7 minute walk away. The space The entry is through the French doors. Walk into the bright kitchen/laundry. There are place settings for 6, pots, pans, keurig and kettle. Tea and coffee pods are provided, as well as sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You will have the exclusive use of a full fridge, stove and microwave. Washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Through the hallway you will find the large living room with 50” smart tv. There are some games for the kids in the tv cabinet. There are doors to the living room which allow one to watch tv or set up extra beds to ensure privacy and quiet from the bedrooms or kitchen. There is also a desk with chair to setup your workspace or laptop. Wifi is excellent. The large bedroom with queen size bed is at the back of the suite and the smaller bedroom with double bed is right off the living room. The bathroom has toilet, sink and tiled extra large shower. There is no tub. Ironing board and iron are in the closet in the bathroom hallway. Guest access Large back yard to play badminton or outdoor games. RV or Boat parking on property. Fully equipped suite with private entrance. Other things to note No smoking, marijuana, vaping or illegal drug use in the unit or on the property. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be levied if evidence is found. RV or boat parking available on property. TV is connected to the internet and Netflix (Airbnb account).
