House in a Golf Course Community in Boulder County

Spacious home close to CU Boulder, hiking, biking, etc... We are 30 minutes from Denver, 1 hour from Eldora ski resort and 1 hour 20 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, 5 minute walk to the Indian Peaks Public Golf Course and 5 minute drive to Waneka Lake. Family friendly. Private community pool (June-August). The space Our main floor is 1500 square feet and has an open floor plan that is designed to allow family and friends to gather with the kitchen area as the center accommodating many people. The main floor includes a washer and dryer, fireplace, music area with a couple piano's. Plenty of space for games etc. Upstairs is the sleeping area with a large master bedroom, 2 additional rooms and 2 full bathrooms. No air conditioning, though there is a whole house fan and ceiling fans in each bedroom. TV is available in the master suite & kitchen. Broadcast stations only. No cable. Master bedroom is large w/shower and 2 sinks. Master bedroom carpeting is "well worn" but clean. Two additional rooms, one sleeps 2 the other 3. The basement is used primarily mainly for storage. Our backyard is large with an awesome back porch and a bar-b-que grill for enjoying the outdoors when weather allows. There is a play structure for kids. Guest access There are two rooms in the house that are not available for usage. Other things to note We have a cat named baby that will need to be taken care of in our absence. She is pretty self sufficient and dry food is her food of choice so keeping the bowl filled and water is all she needs. She has a cat door and is allowed in and out when weather permits. Depending on your length of stay, a litter box may need to be cleaned. Sometimes we take Baby with us. This is our primary residence, though we travel often.
