Ocean front luxury condo, Our beautiful beachfront condo is located on the 4th floor, central tower, with amazing views of the ocean. Enjoy romantic sunsets all year round, and cooler afternoons in the shade. Accommodates 1 to 4 people, with two very comfortable sofa beds and option of an inflatable bed. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with an integrated living / dining / kitchen area and a private, wrap-around balcony. The space VG Marina is located on Playa Palmar and is a 3 minute walk to the Marina, which features several top quality restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chartered fishing trips and catamaran tours can be arranged at the Marina. The Marina Ixtapa Golf Club is located across the street, and is ranked by Golf Digest as one of Mexico's best courses. Ixtapa itself is a small resort town, with the center a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride from the BVG. Guest access The luxury BVG Marina complex features a resort style infinity pool, children's pools and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. It is very relaxing, private and peaceful. There is a poolside bar with excellent waiter service, delicious and subsidised food and drinks. The complex has a small cinema, entertainment room with pool and card tables, floodlit tennis court, gym and full spa. The business center has PCs with free internet access and printers for guest use. There is staff around 24/7 and are very friendly. Other things to note For the well-being of you and all guests, upon arrival each occupant is required to receive and wear a wrist bracelet from the front desk for the duration of your stay. The payment for this is 400 pesos per occupant upon arrival, paid directly to the BVG by the renters, and is non-refundable. Our property managers will assist you with this upon your arrival.
