If guest causes an incidental damages, such as damaged towels, carpets, kitchen utensils, guest will be charged a damage fee of $100.00 The space Wake up with the deer at your porch side. All kinds of birds, including Turkeys and Canadian Wild Gees by the river. Guest access All bedrooms and basement. Washer and Dryer on first floor. Other things to note This is a gated community. Very impt or you will not be able to get into the development. Land line can only accept calls, you cant make calls out other than to 911 and the phone company. Assoc does not allow bon fires unless their in a enclosed fir pit. Not fires on the ground please. If not you may forfeit your damage deposit. This is a gated community. Winter driving can be very hazardous. Avoid travel if there is a winter storm warning. Take food for up to 3 days, country roads are not always cleared right away. 4 wheel drive is preferable in the winter. Don not travel at night while it is snowing or ice on the road. Also watch out for deer, they will go in front of your car and you can hit them. No motorcycles and dirt bikes are allowed in the Development. The Homeowners Assoc does not allow dirt bikes and motorcycles to be ridden on property except for entrance and exit. Only ATV, or UTV, or golf cars are allowable following speed limits of 15-20mph without off road driving on private property or common areas. If guest causes an incidental damages, such as damaged towels, carpets, kitchen utensils, guest will be charged a damage fee of $100.00 Thank you!
