Description

The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a comfortable, well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun. The space Apt 3C is a studio unit on the third floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a Futon full sized fold out bed, a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. There is a small changing room with an office desk and a bathroom. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door. Guest access The third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The ground floor porch is available for sitting. The boat docks are across the street. There is a general store across the parking lot. Other things to note There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible.
