We advise pet owners that it is safest to keep your dog leashed as occasionally wolves on the Island have attacked dogs. Pictures don't do this cottage and it's location justice. The vacation rental cottage is well appointed, full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, vaulted ceiling and sky lights make it bright, including wood stove for ambiance. Incredible forest with large trees and ferns, warm and welcoming environment. Very private, great for family, couples and friends get-away. The cottage is close to all amenities, beaches and hiking. Spring is the perfect time for clam digging or oyster picking on the beaches as the low tides are now generally during the day. Quadra Island is great for boating, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and much more. There is something for everyone, a variety of restaurants, weekend entertainment, all the conveniences of a city in a much smaller way. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage, including 4 parking spots, and surrounding forested areas. Other things to note The cottage is set up for recycling and composting of your waste. If your compost is full or starting to smell, please feel free to drop it off at the house gate or message us.
