We love visitors. We have friends come visit, from all over the world, so we decided to open an Airbnb. We are close to Daytona International Airport (DAB), Florida Beaches, Daytona Beach International Speedway, Daytona Beach Convention Ocean Center, Shopping Malls and Outlet Shopping, Restaurants, a Lighthouse, and so much more. The space We have a 2 Story home. Our bedroom is downstairs. Shared Kitchen, Fridge to put your food in. Cooking small meals are allowed, but you must stay in the kitchen while cooking. Living Room, Dining Room, Backyard and Front yard are for your use also. Upstairs, there are Private Bedrooms, a Shared Loft, and a Shared Bathroom available on the 2nd story. Eating is allowed only in the Kitchen/Dining area and the backyard. Guest access You are welcome to use the shared spaces. Guest Bathrooms: Full Bathroom Upstairs and 1/2 Bathroom Downstairs. Relax in the Living Room. Eat in the Dining Room. Cook in the Kitchen. Relax, Go Fishing, Grill and Enjoy the Beautiful Sunset by the lake in the Backyard. Cape Canaveral Launches can be seen from our front door. During your stay Your privacy is important to us, so just let us know when you need something. We are available in the mornings and in the evenings, for tips on what the locals do in the area. Other things to note Our First Guest Review: This was the Private Message from Mary How do we begin. We believe that 1st impressions are of the utmost importance and did Sam and Susan make a great first impression. We were overjoyed with their hospitality, quick responses to our every need and I believe the definition of a “Super Host” is Sam and Susan. The house was beautiful, clean, inviting and we loved our stay. the location is perfect for the beach and also great restaurants nearby. We were delighted with our stay including the view of the pond and a beautiful sunset! Fishing on site enjoyed! Thanks Sam and Susan we are looking forward to returning in the future!!! Available in Shared Spaces. • To keep Germs and Grime Outside, Please Take Off Your Shoes at the Front Entry Way. • Port Orange Police gives out tickets. Do Not Park On or Block the Sidewalk. • Please Do Not Park on the Grass. The sprinkler heads are hidden and they will get broken. • Please eat meals and snacks in the Dining Room ONLY • Coffee, Tea and Water are provided in the Kitchen • If you would like to cook, please stay in the Kitchen while cooking. • Please hang wet towels. Place used and dry towels in the laundry hamper at the end of your stay. • No need to make the bed at the end of your stay.
