The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and is for rent. The carriage house is used by the owner. Outdoor open wood fire pits are available. The building was designed by the first licensed female architect in the US, following British author Brian Jacques's fairy-tail Redwall stories. It is composed of a main house (which is for rent) and a separate carriage house (owner occupied), with 6 acres (29,000 Square Yards) of land for outdoor activities. Guest have the full access and complete use of the 5 bedroom (4.5 bath) main house. Plenty of wild life - deer, birds, flowers, fruit trees on the property. Yours to discover! Parks and walk trials in walking distance. Visitor's parking is on site. The first left on the driveway is visitor parking and there is additional parking in the back, but you may not block or park in front of the garage. Thank you! There is a 2 nights minimum stay. Due to CODIV-19, per Airbnb new policy dated August 20, 2020., for any new booking: 1. Parties and events are not allowed. 2. Gatherings of more than 16 people are not allowed. 3. Contact host before booking if guest list is more than 10 people, or if pets are involved. Additional charge may apply. Contact host for certain restrictions such as noise control and parking.
