This home is designed for outside living. The entry patio with a Mexican style water fountain also has a large Grand Turbo gas grill and sink area with outdoor patio tables and chairs. There is also a large outside fire pit area in front of the kitchen surrounded by desert & tropical gardens and pathways. The patio which faces the beach & the Pacific Ocean is a perfect spot for whale watching and all day relaxing. There is an organic garden for picking lettuces and a chicken pen where you can collect eggs if you choose. There is a turtle hatchery located just in front of the house. The small hatchery allows people to help with the release of the turtles at sunset everyday. This is a thrill of a lifetime to help the baby turtles reach the ocean. Whale watching during the winter months into spring is also a common pass time that is breathtaking. Horseback riding is available and bird watching at the nearby lagoon (La Poza) supports 130 bird species!
