R&E Valle House is a small, comfortable, cozy and equipped home. It has 2 private bedrooms to rest with ceiling fans, and a full bathroom upstairs. Located in a very central area. Just 2 minutes from Bernardo Quintana extension, 5 minutes from Av. de la Luz and 15 minutes from Juriquilla. The Center is a 20-25 minute drive away, with several access routes. In addition, find public transport, restaurants and shops just minutes away. The space Your arrival at our facilities will be autonomous. Check yourself in with the keypad, after registering at the security booths of the subdivision and Condominium. During your stay, you will have access to: Private parking for one vehicle (in front of the house). Master bedroom with wardrobe, living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your food and enjoy with your family or friends. Hot water 24 hours a day, 1 towel per person, clean linens, toilet paper, shampoo, body and hand soap, WiFi, cable TV. We also have a grill for your barbecues. The washer and dryer can be used by paying a cash fee of $50 pesos per day, $200 pesos per week, or $400 pesos per month. The house is small (approximately 53 square meters) and is recommended for small families or groups who have no problem sharing spaces. Other things to note *NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS WITH THIRD PARTIES, AND NO SMOKING. *If there is calendar availability, check-in can be at any time (before booking for immediate arrival, ask for availability of entry before the established time and, where appropriate, the extra cost). *According to AIRBNB rules, a guest is considered to be 2 years of age or older. *If you wish to leave late for any reason, you must give notice before booking and if availability permits, an extra fee of $300 will be paid for blocking our date and not receiving guests that day (not applicable for departures on Friday, Saturday or vacation period). If it is after booking, it is paid directly to the host (in this case the departure and return of the house will be no later than 6:00 PM, otherwise it will be charged as an additional night). *As it is a condominium house service, the regulations of the condominium must be respected and in case of incurring faults, the corresponding fine must be paid (up to $1500.00 for each infraction). * In the house we do not offer drinking water service, I recommend you make your purchases in advance since in Querétaro the convenience stores close between 10:00 PM and 12:00 PM and there are no 24-hour stores.
