Set up the pool volleyball net and get a game going. Challenge someone to a game of foosball or pool. Keep the party going in the evening with the outdoor movie screen by the pool - movies, sports games, music videos. There is a high end sound system compatible with your phone. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play in the yard as well. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, family gathering room, large outdoor terrace for dining and sitting area, foosball table and the pool area. One bedroom (King bed) has private entrance and private bathroom off of the terrace. The other bedroom (Queen bed) has access to the primary bathroom, which has a gorgeous outdoor bathroom. The second floor includes an expansive master bedroom room (King bed) and master bathroom. Two large guest bedrooms (King bed) with a shared bathroom. A sitting terrace is located off of the guest room with 2 queens beds and overlooks the front garden. Access to the large rear terrace is through the 2nd guest room and the master bedroom room. This terrace has a sitting area, pool table and overlooks the entire rear garden, heat pool and movie screen. Guest access Upon arrival the staff will familiarize you with all the villa has to offer. We will get you to your rooms, show you how the systems work and make sure you feel at home. Other things to note You will have access to 2 beach clubs as guests of Sunshine Villa. Both located inside of Punta Cana Resort - La Cana Club House and Playa Blanca Beach Club. La Cana is private for residents and guests inside Punta Cana Resort. Playa Blanca is newly remodeled beach club with one of the most desired beachs in the area. Our team will help to arrange airport transfers and anything needed during your stay. Upon booking, a welcome letter will be sent to help prepare for arrival. Paid companions will not be approved as guests for the property.
