The master bedroom is on the main level, the second bedroom is in the loft, the third bedroom is located below pass the garage with its own access from the front of house, adjacent to the TV room both have ocean views and garden access. There is futon bed in the TV room for additional bed. Please limit guests to what you have signed up, no overflow without prior approval. Guest can use all amenities Sea Ranch has to offer! Miles and miles of great bluff, forest, meadow and horse trails some of them are exclusive to Sea Ranchers and their guests. 3 swimming pools to choose from. The Sea Ranch motto is "live lightly on the land" Please be conscientious of our neighbors privacy and quiet enjoyment. No open fire except for self contained fire pit. No loud music outdoors please! it really echo in the neighborhood due to terrain of the lot. HOA rules also that light pollution must be avoided. No string lights allowed. Only downward lighting is allowed. You need your own vehicle to get around the ranch and nearby town. Public transportation is available, check out Mendocino Transit Authority for schedule.
