Well hello there! Welcome to the Grande Bungalow, featuring mod décor, games, hotel like linens and bedding and fully equipped kitchen. This is a house of games, laughter and memories, great for large families! This is NOT a party house! Being a single family dwelling we are always excited to accommodate for family! Places you will want to go: La Cantera, The Rim, The Pearl, Downtown, UTSA, Military bases, etc. We are centrally located in SA so in under 15 min you are anywhere you want! The space Well hey there! We just want to first thank you for looking into our property nestled in one of the most convenient places to be within San Antonio. This house is located almost smack dab in the middle of anything you would like or want to do here in San Antonio being right off i-10 and the DeZavala area close to 1604 (where La Cantera, Fiesta Texas and other attractions are) i-10 which is a main connecting highway leading to many restaurants, bars and is what will lead you downtown and is a connecting point to 410 which is where the airport is housed. San Antonio is actually pretty awesome and the people, well I don't mean to brag but, we are kind of amazing! Modern Living with a Twist of Fun: We specialize in modern décor, a fully equipped kitchen and outside grill, as well as a full range of fun games including (but not limited to) :foosball, pool, corn hole, darts, ping pong, a covered patio equipped with a grill and outside eating area, a playset and much much more! Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 2: 2 Sets of Twin/Twin Bunk Beds Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 1 Twin/Full and 1 Twin/Twin Bunk Bed Additional: 1 Queen Inflatable Mattress available Amenities Galore: In our home, we offer full home amenities catered again for large family and friend vacations like a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Electric double stove oven, drinkware, food ware, and cookware. There are flat screen TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, a jam-packed game room (yes with AC! Did you think we’d be crazy enough to let y'all in there in the TX heat without one!!), luxury furniture and decor, and I hate that this is an “amenity” and we have to even mention we do this like its a perk, but, we WASH AND SANITIZE ALL linens (yes, even the comforters) after EVERY guest. We’d want that done and I think that is just a common courtesy- can I get an amen! A lot of AirBnB’s will not offer comforters, or most that do, they do not wash them in between guests because it will not give enough time in between back to back bookings for them to dry. We completely change out everything in between guests to ensure cleanliness! Guest access Entrance through front door. Parking on the street is not allowed and may result in towing. Commercial vehicles or Sprinter vans are prohibited and not allowed due to HOA restrictions. There must be familial ties within guest lists in order to book Early check in option available on request based on availability for an additional fee. 3pm is $50 2pm is $75 1pm is $100 12pm is $125 However early check-in cannot be booked in advanced and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival purely based on availability, dependent on guests checking out at 11 am.
