Their own door to the STUDIO (bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette) common pool and parking right in front. I greet them, show them a few things they need to know & answer their questions . Then I disappear until they need something... :-) or we happen to be in the front at the same time... I'm right next door if they do need something. IT's quiet, beautiful, amazing sunsets with yachts & cruise ships strolling by. Lots of trees and flowers, One of the few neighborhoods on island with people walking, But still close (Walking distance) to restaurants, bars, beaches, stores, markets, water activities, casino, bank machines. 25 minutes walk to local busses and to Simpson bay where restaurants , beach and activities abound. Car rentals available either form airport or on a daily basis. 7 minutes to market, restaurants, entertainment, casino, beach , yoga , boat ferries to Saba & St- Barth , day trip excursions, sunset sails, water sports & rentals _ No loud music or noise _NO glass by the pool or cigarette butts _ IF you stay for longer than a week we adjust the cleaning fees. Usually once every 2 weeks but I give you fresh towels every week for beach and bathroom We can arrange that in person as per your needs.
