This is a very special apartment, built in the 1940s and renovated a few years ago. It is ideally located in the heart of the very happening Colonia Roma, two blocks from Insurgentes metro station and six from Paseo de la Reforma. The space This duplex apartment built in the 1940s has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 people. It also has a separate home office space. It has 2.5 bathrooms, a very sunny living room, a very large kitchen and a spectacular terrace. Gut renovated in 2006, it is bright and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. If necessary, there is also a parking spot for one car. Please let me know when booking if you will need the parking spot. Other things to note As we say in Mexico, mi casa es tu casa, and I hope guests get to enjoy the apartment as much as I do. I also expect them to take care of it as if it were theirs. For all stays, a weekly cleaning service is included in the price. This is a strictly non smoking apartment (including the terrace). Please also note that this is not a hotel.
