This is a very special apartment, built in the 1940s and renovated a few years ago. It is ideally located in the heart of the very happening Colonia Roma, two blocks from Insurgentes metro station and six from Paseo de la Reforma. The space This duplex apartment built in the 1940s has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 people. It also has a separate home office space. It has 2.5 bathrooms, a very sunny living room, a very large kitchen and a spectacular terrace. It is bright and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. If necessary, there is also a parking spot for one car. Please let me know when booking if you will need the parking spot. Other things to note As we say in Mexico, mi casa es tu casa, and I hope guests get to enjoy the apartment as much as I do. I also expect them to take care of it as if it were theirs. This is not a commercial airbnb, I use it a few times a year, so it is lived in. This apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple or a small family. It is not really suitable for groups of more than 2 friends who need separate bedrooms. I wouldn't recommend it either for toddlers because the apartment is not child proofed. Babies are ok if they are not mobile. I can provide a baby bed and baby chair with sufficient notice. There is no bathtub. For all stays, a weekly cleaning service is included in the price. This is a strictly non smoking apartment (including the terrace). Please also note that this is not a hotel. I rely on family to provide access, which explains the limited check-in window.
