We invite you to Casa de las Flores, located in the east of downtown Merida. Two blocks from the emblematic Paseo de Montejo and half a block from the new Gran Parque de la Plancha. Designed to welcome you, full of light and colors, surrounded by plants with a unique style that evokes the Latin American spirit. It has three private bedrooms and four lofts. Depending on availability, you can rent by the room or the entire house. We look forward to seeing you with love, you will feel at home. The space La Casa de las Flores has 7 rooms, all inspired by fantastic flowers that have inspired great artists such as Diego Rivera with the Calla lilies, or the flowers of Andy Warhol, Monet or Klimt. You will find that 3 private rooms are available (Alhelí, Nube and Nardo) all with full bathroom, double bed, air conditioning, TV and coffee maker and you will have coffee throughout your stay. There are also four charming lofts (Jazmín, Alcatraz, Azucena, and Amapola), all with the comforts of a small apartment. They have a full bathroom, a king-size bed, air conditioning, a fan, a TV, a sofa, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a small private terrace. Coffee is available throughout your stay. You can also use the common areas of the house such as the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool and an interior patio where you can spend time together and have a great time. You can rent the rooms separately or the entire house, subject to availability. Guest access The shared spaces are the pool area, the kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and the necessary utensils, living room, dining room, terrace and the laundry room that has a washer and dryer. The terrace next to the kitchen is covered and has a pool view, it is the perfect place to spend time together and enjoy the company of other people. Other things to note For the safety of the place and everyone, we'll ask the person who booked it for their official ID. Parking: Most houses in the center of Merida do not have parking, as they have a very old design. However, you can safely park on the street. Cleanliness: Casa de las will always welcome you with its very clean spaces. In addition, in order to keep your space clean and with good energy, stays longer than 7 days will be cleaned (every seventh day) and charged 600 pesos in cash. Climate: Merida has a very hot and humid tropical climate, so it is very easy to find insects and although the house is constantly fumigated there is always the possibility of finding some, mainly ants.
