The currently available one-bedroom accommodation offers nearly 1500 sq. ft. of living space, all on one level. Occupying the middle floor of a breezy, verandah-style, two-storey house, this accommodation will give you plenty of room to relax and recharge. Comfortable en suite bedroom/bathroom with four-poster, Queen-sized teak bed with hotel-grade mattress/linens The space Direct acces to the wrap-around verandah, with beautiful valley and water views, is the signature feature of this accommodation. It's perfect for coffee and tea in the morning, reading and relaxing in the sun during the day, as well as drinks and dining in the evening. Guest access We offer a washing machine for our guests through Sarah, our concierge and house manager, as well as ample drying clotheslines on a sunny, west-facing deck. Other things to note A rental car or Jeep is essential for a comfortable vacation on St. John. Our house is located in a desirable residential enclave called Upper Carolina. We have private, neighborhood association-maintained concrete roads that allow our guests to rent more affordable sedans over the pricier, in-demand Jeeps that some houses, on unpaved roads, require just to gain access. Our particular location offers level, off-street parking, just steps away from the house, which makes it far more appealing than neighboring villas with steep access driveways.
