Spacious lower level living all for you!

Nicely finished 1400 sq ft lower level with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with gas fireplace, tv, table and chairs, lots of windows, large kitchen/dining area, washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed and rocking chair. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a tv. Blow up mattresses are available too if you need more beds. Close to Fred Meyer and campus, lots of street parking. We live upstairs, but you have your own private entrance. The space If you're in need of a babysitter during your visit, our 21 year old daughter would love to help. She has gone through the babysitting certification program and infant/ child CPR. Guest access The entire lower level is just for you. There is a barn door that shuts off the stairs to where we live and will be locked. We will not bother you at all, but we are here for you if you need anything at all. Other things to note We just completed an update of the space, with new paint, flooring, decor, and more.
