For added security the property counts with a 24-hour video recording system. You can park right in front of the property (on the street). The space This is a great location if you’re looking for an intermediate spot between Tulum and Playa del Carmen that allows you to travel less and visit more locations. Within walking distance of Monkey Sanctuary or Akumal Beach (about 10 minutes walk) and a short drive by car, "colectivo" or taxi to cenotes such as Eden, Cristalino or Eden.
