Charming retreat in the Santa Ynez Valley just a few miles from downtown Los Olivos. Perched atop a hill, our stay offers stunning views of the Santa Ynez Valley and privacy, yet close proximity to town, shopping, and wine tasting. Located on a ranch set amid sprawling oaks with a few farm animals to enjoy, including donkeys, a goat, sheep, and geese. Our chicken coop is nearby (no roosters!) so that you can even enjoy collecting your own chicken eggs during the spring and summer. The space Your stay will include private use of a full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and other amenities. Private bedroom with a king bed and living room. Bathroom features a walk-in travertine shower and new granite countertop. A private patio features a bistro table, umbrella, and gas bbq. Guest access Guests have access to the house and a private side patio. Side patio features loveseat and chairs, umbrella, gas BBQ, and twinkly lights. Laundry facilities available for long term guests (four or more nights). Other things to note Parents with infants co-sleeping or parents bringing their own pack n play are permitted. Otherwise no more than two guests. Please note: there are no early check ins and check outs. We have a four hour window to clean the cottage for guests and cannot accommodate early/late check ins/outs. We highly recommend travelers purchase travel insurance in the event unforeseen circumstances cause a cancellation outside the cancellation policy limits. We do not issue refunds or permit rebooking for cancellations that do not fall within the guidelines.
