All new modern comfortable furnishings with full size in-suite laundry, Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, Large smart TV with full cable, High Speed WIFI. Private entrance from dedicated parking. Personal covered patio area with seating for 8, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dinning table. Private forest across the street. Ocean views from street and back yard/hot tub. We have a big love bug dog that is kept separate from the space unless you let her in. Guest access Personal door code will be sent before you arrive, you do not need to interact with us during your stay if you prefer privacy. 6-person hot tub in back please shower before using and do not adjust the temp. When removing the lid please do not place on the ground. place it in the cradle on the back of the hot tub. Seating area around firepit (fires may be banned in bc during certain months) on upper lawn (lawns may be dead due to water restrictions), please bring your own wood or you can purchase large bundles from me for 10$ (please do not use my private wood), Storage shed for your adventure toys may be available. not responsible for lost or stolen property at anytime. Other things to note We now offer onsite E Bike rental for adults and kids and we have 2 folding hard side kayaks for rent, please ask for more details.Your host is always reachable for tips of fun and exciting activities on the coast. Please do not take glassware outside (plastic cups are provided). Do not take linens or towels outside of the house. Please bring your own beach/hot tub towels. The hot tub is hot at 38.3 C. Do not adjust the temperature. Please shower before using the hot tub in order to help maintain the cleanliness. For your safety and the bears safety, DO NOT leave any food at all in your vehicle's or outside of the house. The bears will open your car like a tin can, and then they will have to be killed. Please lock the trash cans after use. Please pay attention to local water restrictions and fire ban information during your stay.
