Please read in Full.👍🏾 SECURITY CODE/FOBS 🤔🤔🤔 In the past, due to our front gate code REMOTE/FOB being lost, compromised or given to their friends, who unbeknownst to us came on our property even after check out dates. Thus, for security reasons, and for the sake of the guests on our property (especially the women) we no longer give out gate fobs. As a mission to provide the highest level of security, we give guests a temporary gate code, which must be punched in at the gate. This code is then changed after guests leave. Guests are not allowed to share security codes with outside guests who are not staying with us. LAUNDRY: 💦🚿💧 We offer extremely high quality units at a very competitive price. However, for the price given, we are not able to offer laundry. If guests need to get laundry done, they are able to book a helper with us for a $35 US fee who will come to the house, wash your laundry, fold it and give it back to you. TOWELS: 🛀 Since we are considered a home-away-from home we do provide towels on a weekly basis. 🏠 If guests are in need of towels on a daily basis, then perhaps a hotel may be more suitable as they will be able to accomodate this daily need. 😊Damaged towels will be charged at $15 US per towel. 😊 SMOKING: 💨 🚬 Guest are not permitted to smoke in the apartment by any means. Damage from cigarettes (for example bed sheets) will result in a charge towards the guest deemed fair and suitable by the hosts discretion. All cigartte smoking is to be done OUTSIDE only. I👍🏽 FRUIT TREE:🥑🥭🥑 * If the trees are baring, we are happy to give guests fruit free of charge. However, guests are not permitted to pick fruit as they wish. Fruit is not part of the guest rental agreement and is given at management's discretion. Please let us know if you would like fruit and IF IT'S possible, our property manager will be happy to drop some off to your unit. WATER PRESSURE:💦💧💦 We are up to date with the payment of our utility bills. But sometimes in Jamaica if there has been a lack of rainfall the National water commission turns off the supply in an effort to conserve water. 💦 Also, sometimes randomly, The water pressure to the house goes down in the evenings is because the Nation water commission reduces the pressure to main pipes to the entire community in an effort to reduce consumption and preserve the water in the dam. This happens in dry seasons or when the Mona Dam water levels are low. When this happens it affects the entire neighbourhood and it is beyond our control.😩😩😩😩😩 BOOKING FOR OTHER GUESTS:🤔 According to AIR BNB: As long as you're a verified member of the Airbnb community, you can create reservations on behalf of others. When you book a stay for someone else, you handle the reservation request, introductions, and payment—then transfer responsibility for the trip to the guest. Many times people book for other guests, if you will not be staying in our unit and someone else will be there instead of you then, for security reasons, you would need to let us know their full details - name, reason for staying etc. By agreeing to our rules this means you are in full acceptance of our rules/protocols, will abide by them and will not ask us for a refund upon failure to read this message. Again, if any of our rules/protocols DO NOT work for you, please kindly cancel for a FULL REFUND 💵 before your check in date.
