With parking at the door of the house (assigned place). Take into account that there are unevenness: a step to enter the apartment, the kitchen and the bathroom. Below are some basic guidelines to take into account before requesting a reservation, to be sure that it meets your needs: - A very basic Agreement/Contract document will be signed upon entering the apartment, with the delivery of 1 set of keys. - Send by message the INE or Passport of the occupants of the apartment. - Toilet is not included and must be kept clean and smelling good. - SMOKING is not allowed inside the apartment or outside on the street. - Parties or events are NOT allowed. - If guests come, it must be for a reasonable amount of time, THEY CANNOT STAY TO SLEEP - Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances. Guest access It is a private one with controlled access with identification and vehicle inspection. The house has an independent entrance with shared access through the garage with other guests and our family. The Loft is part of our house with a separate entrance. We share the same entrance from the street. Some parts of the loft have a step to enter. The Laundry area is shared. There are surveillance cameras outside on the street and shared areas. Other things to note Our house is built on the ravine, that is why the entrance to the house is upstairs (where the Loft is) and our house is downstairs. We just share the same input. Parking is outside at the door of the house (assigned spot). Between the months of May and September it rains a lot in the afternoons (come equipped). Likewise, they are asked that when it is raining or you are not in the loft, they leave the windows WELL CLOSED, so that water does not enter and damage walls and curtains. As it is a higher area than the Valley of Mexico, it is usually cooler at night, especially in winter. Take into account that there are unevenness: a step for the entrance and for the bathroom.
