Sit on the deck or in lounge chairs out back facing the Sea, enjoy a snack/ cocktail as you soak in views & listen as the waves crash against the seawall. New large sliding glass doors & windows. from living room & bedroom provide a sea breeze you will adore. Lull yourself to sleep with the sounds of the surf & enjoy a gorgeous sunrise over the sea from your bed. What a soulful sight! Unplug, relax & enjoy St Croix's beauty! The space The space is homey with island accents and outside seating nooks for sun or shade- all with views of the amazing Caribbean Sea The condo is sea kissed for sure, not a Marriott🌴 i recently put in new flooring, kitchen w/quartz counters (2024), windows (2024) & sliders; Was just repainted and spruced up Dec of 23! & the condo has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, new microwave, pots/pans and GFI plugs! (2023) Also, with a fold out table for inside dining.. if desirable. Deck dining with the sounds and views of the sea is always best :) Bathroom has a nice vanity, medicine cabinet and shower curtain Beach towels, cooler and chairs are provided for your convenience Wi-Fi provided No AC- Cross breezes and trade winds are lovely here. Two new ceiling fans and a stand alone fan; along with the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. Guest access You will have access to entire 1st floor condo with front deck and backyard space. Laundry is on the premises (in turquoise buildings (one near each entrance) outside the gates in the front) for use with quarters and pool is available to all guests. Only use cold water! Other things to note This Soulful Retreat is about unplugging and enjoying the sounds and sights of beautiful St Croix. I hope you love it as much as I do! Please note; the water is ok for showers and teeth- but do not drink. There will be water in fridge, but you will want to get a couple gallons (or more) for your stay. Please be street savvy and dont carry a lot of money…
