The view from our condo is unbeatable

Condo is on 5th floor ( has Elevator) facing the beach. It is breezy a bit noisy at times. Panoramic view of the beach and town. Please know pets not allowed. Sliding doors to balcony. Living area includes kitchen, dining and living room, Master bedroom has its own private full bath, Second full bath in the hall way. Each bedroom has AC. We have washer, dryer, and towels for your use in the condo. Do not remove towels from condo. Private parking, swimming pool, gated community, security guards. The space Though this is a 3 bedroom condo we will be renting only two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms will be locked. We will provide a Master bedroom with a king-size bed, full bath and bidet. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, bureau, night tables and full closet is available. Bedrooms have air condition. There is also a full bath in the hallway. There is also a modern full Kitchen, range (oven not available) Washer Dryer, balcony, coffee maker, small electric oven, WIFI. There are two swimming pools on our property. One is a Kiddie pool and the other is an adult pool. They are for residents only. As my guest you are authorized to use the pools. There are beach chairs and showers in the pool area. I do not provide beach towels or other beach paraphernalia. I used to provide them but they were constantly being lost so I stopped. However, there is a nearby Walmart and other stores where you can buy these things. Please, if you are coming from the beach be sure to shower before returning to the condo. If you shower in the condo the sand will clog the drains. Guest access The entire condo is available for your use. This includes the balcony, and the swimming pool and the gymnasium. You may also walk across the street and use the beach. In fact there are miles of beaches for your enjoyment starting right in front of the condo. There are bike and walking paths right in front of our complex. Our balcony is a great source of entertainment. Our guests have told us they have seen whales, cruise ships, motorized gliders, birds and people on the beach from our balcony. Bring your binoculars. Fishing is also very common. Other things to note This condo is my home away from home. I expect that you will treat it with the dignity and respect that you would expect others to treat your home. Please be mindful of energy use. We have WIFI so if you have Netflix or other streaming applications you can watch your favorite movies, you will also be able to make phone calls if your phone can use WIFI or data to make calls. In Puerto Rico electric power can at times be a challenge. In the interest of transparency I prefer to advise. No overnight guest. There are residents at the complex who must get up in the morning to go to work. Please respect their need for a full night’s rest. If you violate rules it will be reported to the owner of the condo. If a fine is issued the cost of the fine will be deducted from the security deposit of responsible party. Please know that you will be on the beach. At times, but especially during holidays, there may be local activities that could be noisy.
