Yva's Oasis

Welcome to our newly renovated one-bedroom space with 50" TV in our family home. It accommodates 2 guests. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a private entrance and keyless entry. We are located in Mill Basin, a 20-minute drive to JFK Airport and 40 minutes to LGA Airport, and a block away from Kings Plaza Mall There is great access to transportation with such as the B41 to 2/5 train, B100 to the B/Q train, and the B46 to the 3/4 train. There are also various dining options! The space This is a family home with access to common areas with your own entrance. This is not a basement apartment Other things to note The home has an external security camera as this is a family home. However, it is not for the inside of the space since we respect the privacy of our guests. Our cleaning fee covers up to three cleanings during your stay.
