Brisas shores is the Ideal Location for your Vacation! 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom spacious 60 sqmt apartment with partial Ocean view! Located inside Brisas Condo, right on the beach with pool and beach access, ground floor, equipped kitchen, Wifi, Smart TV, A/C. Close to restaurants and malls, restaurant inside, bus stop in front of the condo, security 24 hrs, parking and self check in available! Sleeps 5 to 6 but you can combine it with another apartment next door if you are a larger group! The space This Brisas Shores spacious ground floor unit is located in our beach front condominium called Brisas. The condominium is one of the few left in the hotel zone, it is a very quiet and friendly environment with all you need to feel home away from home and from the crowds of the hotels! There is a convenience store and restaurant inside that offer breakfast and food. The apartment is perfect for 5 or 6 people if there are kids. The Condominium is built right on the beautiful Cancun beach and counts with direct access to the beach where you can use lounge chairs to enjoy the sun or take long walks. There are 2 swimming pools with huts and lounge chairs, one deeper and one shallower for kids and it is located in the Cancun Hotel Zone at km 19 (only 15 minutes from the airport). It is a very quiet area close to restaurants and malls. Kitchen is fully equipped, smart TV, WIFI, Air Conditioning, 2 full size beds (190x140 cm), 1 full size sofa bed in the kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower. Parking and self check-in available. Security guards are on duty 24 hours. We provide towels and sheets. We also offer airport transfers, tours, massage service and portrait photography, cooking classes, romantic dinners on the balcony or picnics on the beach, surprise proposals, all at an extra charge. We can also organize you with a day pass for an all inclusive beach club just 2 minutes up the road if you feel like a party day! Just ask for availability and we will provide you with anything you need! Guest access You will be able to access all areas of the condominium like pool area, tennis court, beach, laundry and convenience store when wearing your resort bracelet or wrist band that will be provided upon arrival. Other things to note Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11 am . PARKING Parking is free outside the entrance of the condominium on the left, in our visitors parking, where there is 24 hours security. If you wish to park inside the gate, please note that there will be a charge of 200 pesos per day. . VISITORS The condominium does not allow Guests to bring in visitors that are not announced or previously registered with the apartment and therefore were given the bracelet. (400 pesos per guest per day). Please let us know in advance if you are planning to have a visitor. The number of visitors is subject to availability and occupancy of the apartment. Thank you!
