Enjoy your "Family" vacation while visiting Sylvan Lake in our Lake Home. The space Whether you are enjoying a sun filled fun day at the beach, or coming to our town to participate in Hockey Camps or the newly developed Baseball facility. Our home will give you the feeling of "Vacation" while enjoying the benefits of your own home. The kiddos can nest in the Loft Room, or play their video games on the Big Screen TV. Mom and Dad can relax on their own private deck, or have a dip in the hot tub. Save money by creating your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or BBQ and enjoy the outdoor dinning area. Our home has a large back yard, and is well tree'd in the summer to provide privacy. There is a Tenant in the separate basement suite. Completely separate from your space. If you are looking for a place to party - this is probably NOT YOUR BEST BET, as it is a family neighborhood with BABIES next door, and quiet time is observed at 11:00pm Other things to note There is a Tenant in the basement suite - completely separate from your space. Generally is only home after work hours. You are at the end of the "Lakeshore" strip - sometimes people like to show off their "pipes" on their motorcycles, fancy cars etc... it can be loud & annoying, unless you like that kind of thing. FYI
