It's new and has a 2-ton air conditioner that cools the apartment, including the bedrooms, without any problem. I also have cutlery, plates, glasses, a blender, a coffee maker for hot water, a TV, and chairs for the pool. Everything for a good stay. 10 minutes from Puerto Marqués, 20 minutes from Zona Diamante, 20 minutes from the Costera and 5 minutes from Plaza Sendero (Soriana, Cinepolis and banks) ⚡ Electricity consumption policy for long stays The rate includes reasonable electricity usage for normal vacation use. Due to the high consumption of air conditioning in Acapulco, long stays will have an additional electricity recovery fee: • 1 to 7 nights → No additional charge • 8 to 14 nights → +$350 MXN • 15 to 21 nights → + MXN 800 • 22 to 30 nights → +$1,500 MXN For stays longer than 30 nights, electricity may be charged additionally according to the meter reading. It is recommended to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation and to keep the doors and windows closed while it is in use.
