Fox Lake Retreat - Black Cabin

Private, lake-front cabins situated in a beautiful prairie setting in the Canadian Badlands. The space The cabin allows guests to get away and get outdoors without really "roughing it". It is a 2 bedroom cabin, with a private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), full kitchen with all the amenities, TV, and DVD player. There is a BBQ on the deck for guest use, as well as a fireplace and a picnic table. Our property is secluded enough to allow guests an unobstructed view of the night sky, but close enough to town (approx 7 min) to have access to any supplies or shopping that you need. Other things to note We are situated in the middle of the Canadian Badlands, between Drumheller and Dinosaur Provincial Park. We are an easy 2 hour drive from Calgary and only 3 from Edmonton. We are far enough from major centres to provide peace and quiet, but close enough to Hanna to access amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, splash park, sports complex and retail shopping. We are also only 20 minutes from Prairie Oasis, which has an amazing beach and day use area - a great place to spend a summer day.
