Steps from Seafront Malecon, shops, fairs, music, bars, clubs, restaurants. Comfortable, Newly renovated, clean. A/C IN ALL 3 ROOMS. locks for doors & closets, 2 private baths, hot & cold water, balcony, kitchen equipped w everything u need to cook. WiFi & Pool access across door @ Hotel at a cost, all amenities around. NO ONE WILL BE LIVING or SHARING the apt w YOU. The space The apartment is located in the main floor, no stairs or elevators to take. Since there is a slope at the back of the building, there is a balcony to relax in the apartment as the property is on top of the garage so you get the best of both worlds. Main floor with balcony. The living room and dining area are spacious as well as the rooms. There are 3 rooms all with access to washrooms and 2 washrooms (1 of them is shared between 2 rooms). AC in all rooms. The kitchen appliances are new as well as the marble counter tops and bar, marble floor, precious wood cabinets etc. Guest access Internet is a rare thing is Cuba, so when you are not in a prime area, you might need to take a cab just to find a place with internet access, same thing for a swimming pool, and you have both right there across the door of the building. Some times the hotel is not available but there are plenty of hot spots steps from the property. Moreover, the conditions and security on many other properties are not as good either. Our building benefits from Hotel Vedado security and cameras as well as 24/7 parking available with security guard. You can rent a private bedroom or the whole apartment. Other things to note Please note that Americans cannot withdraw any cash from the ATM's or use american credit cards as yet, Please take USD cash. Western union works in Cuba as an alternative to receive cash from the States for any non Cuban.
