Tropical Studio w/ Beach Access in Isla Verde

Wake up to a spectacular view of Isla Verde Beach at this ocean-view studio apartment. This condo is just 5 mins from the airport & walking distance to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets & more! This is a privately-owned apartment in a condo-hotel building. The hotel amenities such as the gym & bars are open to our guests. Please note there is no room service or housekeeping service mid-stay. **PLEASE NOTE: The pool is currently closed for renovation.** The space This ocean-view studio condo has direct access to Isla Verde Beach, widely considered one of the best in Puerto Rico. Enjoy a tranquil, white-sand turquoise beach for sun bathing, swimming, wind surfing, and other activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, hydro-flying, hiking, and more. The makes an excellent stay for couples or for business travelers. This studio can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a pullout sofa bed/futon. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and basic cable TV. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a starter set of toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), and additional toiletries can be purchased at the nearby stores. Guests will have access to the entire condo and all amenities provided by the condo/hotel, to include the lobby bar, gym, and building private beach access. (The pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovations.) A credit card is required to be provided to the front desk to cover incidentals such as beach towel service, meals, or drink purchases at the hotel bars. Coin-operated washers and dryers are also available in the building. Guest access One underground parking spot is included. The condo is equipped with an electronic door lock. Other things to note Please no pets, no smoking, and no parties. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am and they are enforced by building security. Linens, bath towels and some beach towels are provided, but there is no room service. Two days prior two arrival, guests will receive a link via AirBnB messaging to check-in online and retrieve their access code to the apartment. A government-issued ID must be provided at check-in. In addition to the required online check-in, guests must also register upon arrival at the front desk.
