The hillside villa occupies two floors and is fully air conditioned with each floor having independent thermostats. Upstairs features 2 large bedrms each with king-size bed, closet, bureau and 32-inch TV. Each bedrm includes its own large private bath with marble-tiled floor and shower, including a hair dryer. The space Fully furnished first floor includes large living area, full kitchen, full bath, convertible sofa bed, washer/dryer, 32-inch TV with cable service, a VCR, AM/FM radio and CD player. Kitchen includes tableware for eight, microwave oven, stove and conventional oven, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender and complete set of cooking pots and pans for food preparation. The balcony offers a nice view of the Caribbean and Great Cruz Bay. Private villa owners pool and grill area a few feet away and access to all resort amenities, including numerous kid activities. Maid, towel and linen service is provided twice weekly. Other things to note The USVI Government will assess a $25/night usage fee that will be added at check-out.
