Ridgeview suite is located in a quiet upscale community that is less than a 2 minute drive from the foot of Forest hills, just enough to get a nice view of the city and mountains and yet still close to banks, restaurants, supermarkets, post office, pharmacies etc. that are less than 5 minutes away. To Constant Spring, it takes 10 or less minutes to get there, to Half Way Tree is 12 minutes or less and to New Kingston, it is 15 minutes or less. The space Apart from enjoying a very private and quiet apartment that is equipped with everything you will need all to yourself, it has a private patio where you can sit and enjoy the flowers around and get the outdoor feel of the mountain breeze . Entrance to the apartment , is only a few short steps away from the gate entrance or car. Transportation is very easy to have if you don’t drive and popular restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Enhanced Cleaning I take cleaning and sanitizing the apartment and everything in it seriously and therefore, I strictly follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. I make sure to: Sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. Clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Guest access You will have full access everywhere on the property except a small area directly in front of the main gate. Other things to note No more than 2 visitors at a time permitted and allowed to use the facilities. There is a charge of $30 per additional person staying over. You are assured of a very comfortable and happy stay here because every effort is made to ensure that. You are free to enjoy any of the fresh herbs and Moringa on the property and enjoy full access to the pool as long as it is understood that you will swim at your own risk.
