Little Mermaid

Little Mermaid is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with all amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.) Spacious rooms including an open patio with spectacular views of the BVI and overlooking Long Bay Beach, Beef Island. This apartment is on the ground floor located on Little Mountain Estate, a private residential area on Beef Island. Long Bay Beach is a white sandy beach, within walking distance. Great for swimming and snorkeling. A small beach bar and restaurant are new to the beach. The space Little Mermaid is a private first floor apartment. The rooms are spacious. The living room has double doors with screens and lead out onto a private balcony overlooking Beef Island's Long Bay Beach. There is outdoor dining, as well as a large eat in kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities and has a door leading to a small patio with a Gas BBQ. The one bedroom has twin beds or King, a dressing area, large closets and the bathroom with a large round shower, double sinks and a stacked washer/dryer. WiFi and TV with Firestick is included. There are overhead fans throughout. There is also a covered carport. Little Mermaid is situated on the side of Little Mountain Estate overlooking Long Bay Beach, the Sir Francis Drake Channel and 10 of the BVI islands. There are two reefs to snorkle on at Long Bay Beach. Guest access Little Mermaid is situated on Little Mountain Estate. There are 15 houses on this quiet residential area. There's one road that goes around the mountain that accesses each driveway. Little Mermaid is easily found as it is the first driveway you encounter when getting to the top of Little Mountain Road. It is straight ahead with signs on the entrance pillars "Mermaid Villa" and "1 Little Mtn. Estate". Once you get into driveway, drive all the way up to the carport and you take the space on the right hand side. The owner, Jan Dart, lives on the property and will greet you. WELCOME TO LITTLE MERMAID. Other things to note The airport is close for easy arrival and departure. Nearby Trellis Bay, known for full moon parties, a small grocery market. has four restaurants and one with a great Sushi Bar. There is also Aragorn's Artist Studio and gift shop. The Government Dock is also located in Trellis so you can catch ferries to other islands such as Virgin Gorda for a day trip. You do not want to miss the famous 'Baths' where monstrous boulders are piled upon each other, creating caves and sea pools. A great climbing experience! Road Town, Tortola is about a 20 minute drive.
