Robin Place

Robin Place is located in a quiet residential setting. Soldotna is a medical community with Central Peninsula Hospital only two miles away along with other medical clinics nearby. House is handicap or wheelchair friendly with wood floors and spacious surrounding so mobility with a wheelchair is not limited. Master bedroom is accessible with a outside access wheelchair friendly ramp. The street entrance is only a few feet away into the main house via ramp.(see cover picture) The space House is handicap accessible throughout and user friendly for wheelchair mobility. Living room furniture and dinning room furniture does not limit wheelchair accessibility. Dinning room Table is proper height for wheelchair . Master bedroom and bathroom is tiled and has sliding door for bathroom and trench drain which is step free into the Shower area. Shower chair and shower faucet user friendly. Dog Door in multipurpose room and entire Yard is fenced. TV, Refrigerator and Microwave in every room..WiFI available. 70 inch TV in dinning room and 50 inch TV in Multipurpose Room. Kitchen is fully supplied for cooking purposes with Keurig Coffe maker and Elite hot water dispenser for Tea. Parking is available for many cars or Trucks. Outside yard has numerous white and pink crab apple trees as well as lilac trees in a beautiful landscaped setting. Picnic Table in front yard with umbrella along with a Barbecue propane grill . Guest access The entire House is rented to only one tenant or group at a time for added privacy . House Parking can accommodate many cars or trucks and or Boats. Jan and I live across the street with a circular Driveway and plenty of parking too. If the need ever arose for lack of parking...we also have parking across the street. Robin Place can handle at least six or seven cars with ease of space available.. Other things to note Scott is a licensed practical nurse and jan is a certified nurses aide that can help with activities of daily living .
