Peninsula Ixtapa has a full-service restaurant on the premises. Peninsula Ixtapa has strict house rules on the number of guests for our unit. Please, do not make a reservation for more than 4 guests without consulting with us first. This restriction includes children over 2 years of age. The space The price you see for your reservation includes electricity for the condo and Peninsula Ixtapa pool towels for your stay. Your reservation price does not include Peninsula Ixtapa bracelets. The bracelets cost $250.00 MXN per guest over the age of 5 years old. Peninsula Ixtapa has two common pool areas and a restaurant. The restaurant operates 7-days a week from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. They serve drinks until 6:00 pm. The condo has a king sized bed in master bedroom with private bath. The den/bed room is a small private room with a matrimonial bed. This room has air conditioning as well. There is also a sofa in the living room that can fold out for a bed. Bed linen is provided. There is a laundry with washer/dryer combination. We do not provide laundry soap. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (your own K cup or your own personal ground coffee in reusable K cup ), blender, toaster, cookware, dishes. We do not stock spices, seasonings and oils. Salt and pepper is provided. We do not supply bath supplies such as soap, toothpaste and shampoo. We do supply toilet paper for guests. If you run low during your stay, please request more from your Best Properties Representative. One set of bath towels for each bathroom is provided. One set of Peninsula Ixtapa pool towels are provided. Peninsula a fully walled and secured grounds. Our condo comes with 1 free secured parking space. There is a blu ray player (not 4K format) that is multi regional. Peninsula Ixtapa offers a gym for guests. The fee to use the gym is per-person. This fee is not included in your rental payment and is arranged by you with Peninsula Ixtapa. The current rate for the gym is $100.00 MXN per day, or $400.00 MXN per week, or $1,200.00 MXN per month. Guest access We have hired a local Ixtapa property management company, Best Properties, to manage the condo. Their staff will meet you at check-in and be available by phone and in person during your stay. Guests have access to the entire condo except for a small kitchen cabinet which is locked and contains cleaning supplies for the maids and personal items of the owners. Other things to note For all reservations, your reservation price does not include Peninsula Ixtapa bracelets. The bracelets cost $250.00 MXN per guest over the age of 5 years old. Your reservation includes one Peninsula Ixtapa Pool Towel for each guest. These white embroidered towels are used pool-side on your lounge chairs. Short-Term Rentals: For rentals of 27 days or less, we provide a complete cleaning of the condo prior to your arrival. This cleaning includes a change of towels, bedding and linens. This cleaning is done prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings requested by the guest during your stay cost $350 MXN. These cleanings can be arranged with your Best Properties Representative. Long-Term Rentals: For rentals over 28 continuous days, we include the following amenities: $500 MXN per week for electricity. Any overage will be the responsibility of the renter. This is only to avoid excessive use of electricity. Typical usage is between $45.00 MXN and $61.00 MXN per day. We will provide you a complimentary complete condo cleaning every 2 weeks. The date and time of this complimentary cleaning can be arranged through your Best Properties Representative. This cleaning does not include laundry services. Laundry services are charged by weight. Our guests have been averaging around $260.00 MXN per service, depending on the number of guests. Should you need this service, it can be arranged through your Best Properties Representative.
