The space This is a former 1950’s stand-alone, utility building has been completely renovated from the ground up. The custom designed space keeps its vintage industrial flair with concrete floors, unique staircase, lofted sleeping space and exposed structural details. While keeping true to its historic architectural details, this property also come equipped with full modern amenities. These amenities range from a full custom Italian gas range/oven, stainless steel sink and dishwasher and handcrafted wooden counter tops. This is a well laid out 1 bed 1 bath house that offers a full-size bed in the loft, a sofa on the main level, which converts into a single bed and plenty of space to relax. Guests will have full access to the entire property, including a full private backyard and patio, equipped for your enjoyment. We offer a full-size stack-able washer and dryer, laundry soap, and all toiletries, for guest convenience. Along with toiletries, we also provide a small complimentary breakfast bar with coffee, tea, oatmeal and other essentials to get your day started off right. Guest access We have a lock box on the property and allow guests to self check in. We want guests to be able to come and go on their own schedule.
