Amazing 7,000 square meter house in Atlixco, Puebla. This incredible property is located inside a guarded neighborhood, and it is completely equipped for 17 guests. The house has 7 rooms, pool, roofed terrace, sunbed area, indoors and outdoors kitchen, 3 different dining areas, soccer field, tennis and padel court, parking, indoors and outdoors bar, tree house and cleaning service. The space Spanish / English DETAILS AND HOUSE RULES My family and I live in the city of Puebla, and for several years Atlixco has been our favorite destination for vacations and weekends. Our beautiful 7,000 sq. meter house is fully equipped to accommodate 17 guests, and features incredible common areas that will make your stay an exceptional trip. The areas include: a swimming pool, terrace, sundeck, indoor and outdoor kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar, 1 indoor dining room and two dining rooms on the terrace, a living room with fireplace, soccer field, tennis court, new paddle tennis court, covered parking, tree house, and more! The house has 7 bedrooms, where up to 17 people (including children) can sleep comfortably. About the rooms: - Bedroom 1 (master) - The master bedroom overlooks the garden and features a king-size bed, dressing room, full bathroom, and cable TV. - Bedroom 2 and 3 (Connected) - One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a closet. The connecting room has a crib for a 2-year-old baby, a single bed that pulls out of this crib, and another separate single bed. The rooms share a full bathroom. - Bedroom 4 and 5 (Connected) - One of these rooms has a king size bed, cable TV, and a closet; in the other connected room, there are two bunk beds. These two bedrooms share 1 full bathroom. - Bedroom 6 - Bedroom with a queen size bed and a crib. Full bathroom and closet. - Bedroom 7 - Bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin bed. Closet and full bathroom. Description of the areas: In the inner part of the house you will find a large kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, blender, juice extractor, pots, pans, various cooking utensils, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and glassware for the 16 guests. We have a large indoor dining room for 12 people, and a small children's table with 4 chairs. Inside the house there is also a living room with a 75-inch TV and fireplace, a bar with a bar, a central table, benches for 8 people, a pool table, a sound system and another 55-inch TV. On the terrace there is a dining room for 8 people and a small living room. The garden has trees over 50 years old, various plants, flowers, and pots. We have an outdoor room located in the shade of an ash tree, right in front of the pool. The pool is 12 meters long by 5 meters wide, has 6 sun loungers with cushions for sunbathing and towel service. The pool temperature is usually 19 degrees Celsius. If you'd like to increase it, you can do so by hiring the extra gas and electricity service. In front of the pool there is also a barbecue and a terrace with a dining room for 12 people, as well as an open kitchen, a bar, and an 80-inch TV that can even be seen from the pool or sun loungers while sunbathing. In the garden we have planted plum, tangerine, lemon, Chinese guava, orange, avocado and banana plants. The tennis court is made of synthetic grass and we have several rackets that you can use to play. We have a new paddle tennis court, perfectly equipped and with night light. From the soccer field, which is completely grass, and has two goals with nets, you can see a beautiful view of the Popocatépetl volcano. On one side of the house is a wooded area where a wooden house for children is built into the branches of a tree. It has a suspension bridge that ends in a small slide and there are also three swings. Additional information - The house has WiFi that reaches the pool area. -We love animals, so pets are allowed as long as you take care of them and the cleaning. (Maximum 2 pets during the rental and please let us know in advance) - No outdoor music after 11:00 PM and the volume must not exceed 70 decibels at ANY time. - A couple, Beatriz and Dionisio, live next to the house. They take care of the gardening and general maintenance of the place. What's included in the price: The nightly rate includes: - Use of the facilities for up to 17 guests and 6 more visitors during the day. - An employee in charge of opening and closing the gate, pool maintenance, taking out and storing cushions and towels at night. - A general cleaning employee for common areas such as: living room, dining room and terraces. (Does not include cleaning of dishes, glassware and kitchen). - Basic cleaning of the rooms. - Approximate temperature of 17-20 degrees in the pool Extra service contracting: The following services can be hired at an extra cost: - Kitchen staff to prepare breakfasts and meals (up to 12 guests, more than 12 requires hiring an assistant). Food not included [$400 pesos per day] - Assistant for cleaning dishes, glassware and kitchen [$400 pesos per day] - Increase in pool temperature, up to approximately 29 degrees. Basic house rules: -The maximum capacity of guests (including children over 3 years old) is 17 people. - Events are not permitted in the house (if you are interested in holding an event please contact us and we will pass on the extra costs) -The maximum number of extra guests is 6 people during the day. - No outdoor music after 11:00 PM and the volume must not exceed 70 decibels at any time. -In the event of any incident or mistreatment of the house, the amount necessary to repair it must be paid immediately. -If you want to bring a pet, you must notify us in advance (maximum 2) -If extra services are required, they must be requested at least 8 days before the arrival date. ***Check-in time 12:00 PM and check-out time 11:00 AM*** ----------------------------------------- My family and I come from Puebla, Mexico, a city located south of Mexico City. Puebla is one of the biggest cities in the country, and as all big cities are, traffic and business are part of daily life. One of the main reasons why my parents decided, a few years back, to get a summer house, was to be able to get away from the crazy city atmosphere and enjoy family in a more tranquil manner. Since then, we have made Atlixco our favorite getaway spot, spending most of our vacations and weekends beside the pool drinking margaritas. Atlixco is a small town located just 25 kilometers away from Puebla. Our beautiful 7,000 sqm summer house has 7 rooms that sleep up to 17 guests, and it also has many common areas that will make your vacation a very special one. Information about the rooms - Room 1 (main) - The main room faces the garden and has a king-size bed, dressing room, full bathroom, and cable TV. - Room 2 and 3 (Connected) - One of the rooms has a Queen Size bed, a bunk bed and a closet. The shared room has a crib for a 2-year-old baby, a retractable bed from this crib, and another separate single bed. The rooms share a full bathroom. - Room 4 and 5 (Connected) - One of these rooms has a king-size bed, cable TV, and a closet; the other connected room has two bunk beds. These two rooms share a full bathroom. - Room 6 - Room with a Queen Size bed and a Crib. This room has a full bathroom and a closet. - Room 7 - Room with a king-size bed and a single bed. Closet and full bathroom. Property areas: Inside the house, you can find a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a 75-inch TV, a fireplace, and a half bathroom. You can also find a big nice bar with a beautiful handmade wood cabinet, a pool table, a 55-inch TV, and a very powerful sound system. Rooms 5 and 6 are also found inside the house Over the terrace, you can find a large dining table and an outdoor living room that overlooks the breathtaking garden. The property has many 50-year-old trees, and because my parents love plants, they have also placed hundreds of different flowers, fruit trees, and green vegetation around the house, making the garden the most special place on the property. Over the garden, you can find the 12-meter pool and its 6 sunbeds on the side. The pool has both a solar and a gas heater system. In front of the pool, we have an amazing second terrace with an open kitchen, grill, and pizza oven. It also has a bar counter, another dining table, and a very large 80-inch TV, which you can actually watch from the pool. Further down you can find the tennis court, with enough balls and rackets for a 4-person tennis match, and a soccer field. Also, once you are there, if you stand over the soccer field, you can overlook the amazing active volcano called Popocatépetl. We also have a new Padel court! Over one side of the property, there's a small house where Beatriz and Dionisio live, they're the couple who take care of the cleaning, gardening and the overall maintenance of the house. Also, they can be hired during your stay for cooking, cleaning, and any other assistance you may need.
