Daily rates: • Kitchen assistance: $400 MXN/day • Housekeeping: $300 MXN/day • Both services: $700 MXN/day Kitchen assistance includes meal preparation, washing dishes and kitchen cleanup. Our staff can also prepare delicious homemade pizzas in our wood-fired pizza oven at no additional service charge! You simply provide the ingredients. Housekeeping includes cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. Groceries are not included. Important: Guests must leave the villa in the same clean and tidy condition in which they received it. Groups of 10 or fewer may handle the cleaning themselves or hire our staff. For groups of more than 10 guests, hiring both services is mandatory. POOL HEATING Available for $1,000 MXN per day, minimum three days ($3,000 MXN). Please request in advance. Other things to note Bedroom layout Our villa has seven bedrooms, including two sets of connecting rooms, ideal for families with children. Bedroom 1 – Primary suite: King bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom, cable TV and garden views. Bedrooms 2 & 3 – Connecting rooms: One bedroom has a King bed, bunk bed and closet. The connecting room has a toddler crib with a pull-out bed underneath and an additional single bed. Both rooms share a full bathroom. Bedrooms 4 & 5 – Connecting rooms: One bedroom has a King bed, cable TV and closet. The connecting room has two bunk beds. Both rooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom 6: Queen bed, crib, closet and private bathroom. Bedroom 7: King bed, single bed, closet and private bathroom.
