The space Rustic/minimalist style, modern decor with minimalist sculptures and paintings, polished concrete finishes, black ironwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, parota wood, teak and chukum wood decks create an atmosphere of well-being and comfort. The house is fully equipped and has all the comforts for our guests. Our staff is valuable and committed people, they will do everything possible to make sure you have a good stay. Located in the heart of Avándaro, a 10-minute walk from the Velo de Novia and a 15-minute walk from downtown Avándaro, where you can find experiences for the whole family: shops, restaurants, bars, hotels and more. Notes: * Daily cleaning and housekeeping service is included in the service fee. The cook is separate. * The arrival at the property includes approximately 300 meters of dirt road. Guest access Considerations: — Guests are welcome at an extra cost. — Children under 10 years of age will not be considered in the overall guest count. — Staff service hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, extendable until 11:00 pm at an extra cost. — The service includes daily cleaning and tidying of rooms, common areas and the house in general; if you want a cook, there is an extra cost. The facilities are exclusively for guests. Additional Services with Extra Cost: These services must be consulted with the host and are paid in cash at the time of requesting them from the staff. Check-in and Check-out — Early check-in $500.00 (11:00am) *Subject to availability. — Late check-out $500.00 (6:00pm) *Subject to availability. Staff Services — Cook $300.00 per day. — Extra hour of service staff $100.00 per hour (Extendable until 11:00pm). — Send staff for errands $100.00 (Includes transportation and tip). — Tips for the stay are completely optional and 100% for our staff. Additional Guests — Adult guest / children over 10 years old per day $200.00. — Adult guest/children over 10 years old per night $500.00 *Subject to capacity. Pools, Spa and Amenities — Outdoor Jacuzzi heating $500.00 for 3 hours. *It takes 4 hours to heat up. — Heating of spa jacuzzi $300.00 for 3 hours. *It takes 3 hours to fill and heat. — Pool heating $1,500.00 per day, $500.00 per additional day thereafter. *It takes 12 hours to heat up. — Sauna $800.00 for 40min. — Steam $500.00 for 1h. — Firewood $200.00 per bundle of wood, if you bring your own wood this cost does not apply. — Our staff can schedule massage services, mani/pedicure, and off-site experiences such as motorcycles, tours, etc. Prices depend on the provider and are paid directly to the service provider.
