It features two private entrances, one king size bed with luxury bedding, one queen air bed if needed, bathroom with a steam shower, fireplace, large television, small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, barbecue and comfortable sitting area overlooking the ocean. Included is access to a large ocean front patio with a hot tub and dock perfect for a swim. Guest access The unit is on the bottom floor of the house with a keyless private entrance. Guests need to be able to manage stairs. Other things to note Please be aware that there is one king bed suitable for two guests. An additional two guests can be accommodated with a queen air bed.
