Looking for a room in the Riviera Maya? One bedroom house just minutes from the beach in Villas La Playa, Puerto Morelos. Completely furnished with built in sun pool to enjoy those relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. High speed internet is perfect for the digital nomads who work on the road. House is also walking distance to a great dentist, perfect for cleaning or other dental work. The living room is equipped with a tv and Netflix if you want to relax at night. The casa is newly built constructions set on one floor (easy access for wheelchairs) with high ceilings. The casa has one good size closed bedroom overlooking the courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning space and a full bathroom. The sofa bed is perfect for kids. It is a few blocks from a Super Chedraui grocery store which is kind of a Walmart, bus station, shops, restaurants, and essential services. The beach, town centre and nightlife are only a 7 minutes drive (2 miles). Plenty of taxis are available around town. You can get anywhere you want for 3$ (40 pesos). The Casa is located at a short 20 minutes ride from Cancun's International Airport. Here are three different options to get to the property: 1. Ride the ADO Tour Bus. This is the cheapest option. It is about $7 USD per person (80 mexican pesos). Busses leave from terminal 2 every 30 minutes and you can buy your tickets from the ADO ticketing office. The bus takes you right in the hearth of Puerto Morelos village at a 7-Eleven convenience store just in front a taxi stand. You are almost there. Just grab a taxi ($2 USD or 20 pesos) to Calle Tapir (Tapir Street) 14, MZA 10, in Villas la Playa. For the most up to date schedule, check out their website. 2. You can rent a car. There are multiple brands available . It might be the most expensive way to get to the property. We also have one other house next to this one for rent.
