APARTMENT: This welcoming walk up flat is located on historic downtown Watson Street where you will find boutique shopping, and your choice of restaurants steps away! It’s walking distance to Knuth Brewery. a short 10 minute drive to Vines and Rushes winery. 12 minute drive to Green Lake. 30 minute drive to Oshkosh and Fond Du Lac. 50 minute drive to Lambeau Field in Green Bay. This renovated space will have you wanting to stay again and again. The space DESCRIPTION: Our cozy accommodation can sleep up to 4 people, has a washer and dryer, tiled walk-in shower, free WiFi, heat and AC, TV with Roku stick, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and stocked with coffee! With high ceilings and large arched windows, there is plenty of room to rest and relax with friends and family. There is no entrance directly from the back parking lot. It is a 5 min walk from the parking lot around to front of the building where the door to apartment is located. Check in is anytime after 4pm. Early check in requests are based on availability. Fees are listed below. Check in after 3pm FREE Check in after 1pm $50 Check in after 12pm $75 Any earlier it’s a full night fee. No overnight Street Parking: City limits apply for overnight on the street. The overnight parking lot is behind the building. There is a designated parking lot. There is not a designated parking space, just park in any space in the parking lot and leave the parking permit we supply visibly on your dashboard. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. There is no entrance directly from the back parking lot. It is a 5 mins walk from the parking lot to front door. Flat is located on the second level over a store front. Must be able to walk a flight of stairs.
