The Tippah Treehouse …is a 400-square foot efficiency apartment in trendy Plaza Midwood. Surrounded by the kind of towering trees that help define the coveted neighborhood, the apartment is just a few steps from the tennis court in beautiful Midwood Park and only a lovely 1-mile walk away from the popular — for good reason — restaurants, breweries, and shops along Central Avenue. Pet friendly; the Treehouse has its own fenced-in seperate entrance. Experience this peaceful retreat. The space Tippah Treehouse Extras Treated Water: We love to use the purest possible water and had a RainSoft water treatment system installed. You can drink our tap water, which tastes like the best available bottled water. There is no chlorine left whatsoever; you will experience a pure, clean taste. The water is indeed soft, which you will notice when taking a shower: it takes a bit longer to wash the soap off your skin. One of the great advantages of this kind of treated water is that it improves your skin. It also helps should you suffer from environmental allergies. Electricity: Charlotte is famous for its old trees and our backyard confirms that. Unfortunately, falling branches or uprooted trees sometimes cause power outages. Should that happen to the electrical grid we are part of, our powerful generator will automatically start and provide the main house and the treehouse with electricity. Wi-Fi: In the folder, you will find all necessary information on how to access the Wi-Fi. We use a signal enhancing device (Orbi) which is in the main house. TV: Attached is a Roku stick and you are signed into Netflix and Amazon Prime. Many additional streaming applications are available, which you may sign into. You also have access to 36 local channels we receive via a HD antenna. If you have a toddler, please ask for a baby gate. If you bring your doggy, let us know in advance and we will add dog towels. Please note that there is an extra cleaning fee of $25 if you bring your fur covered family members. Please ask to use our washing machine and dryer should you stay longer than a few days.
