We are also located in the middle of the Island making it convenient to travel in either direction,. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room & screened Enjoy the large beachfront screened in porch for dinning and relaxing (rare in rental properties), sit out on our 12' x 45' covered deck or sunbath on our new tiled patio.. Swim right out front in the crystal clear turquoise waters of Exuma. Exuma offers great fishing, snorkeling, and boating. Take a full day adventure to see the large iguana's, swimming pigs, and nurse sharks, along with a stop at the mile long sandbar with snorkeling in Thunder Ball Grotto. There are 3 Kayaks with safety vests ( two 1 seat, one 2 seat ) boogie boards, skim boards, floats, noodles, beach chairs & umbrellas all included for your enjoyment at the house & on our beach only. Since COVID, we do not offer snorkeling equipment We provide lots an amenities for you at your arrival, any additional replacement amenities can be purchased at the food store. There’s tea, sugars, salt & pepper, spices, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags. We do not provide laundry detergent. All our bathrooms have hotel size amenities, full size Lever soap in showers, & hairdryers. As of February 1, 2024, we will have a Keurig coffee maker, so please bring your K-pods, they are expensive in Exuma. Catch a direct flight to Georgetown, Exuma, from American through Miami, Delta through Atlanta, Bahama Air through Nassau, and Canada Air from Toronto Smoking is NOT permitted in our house or on our property, and we only rent to non smokers We allow a MAXIMUM of 6 quests (adults/children) in our house rental. Children 10-12 permitted with owners prior approval.
