We have been supporting and running our non-profit organization for 20 years supporting education, nutrition, and art in San Juan La Laguna. If you are interested in volunteering or being part of the support for the Indigenous community, we would love to have you join us. Guest access Guests have access to our entire garden and private dock with sitting, sunbathing, and swimming area. There is free wi-fi and the use of a kayak. High-quality bed linens and towels, soaps, shampoo are included. Use of large terrace with direct access to the lake, cleaning service and fresh fluffy towels, complimentary drinking water, and daily fresh flowers Laundry, tourist guide, private boat, and taxi service available for an extra cost. A large courtyard, surrounded by more than 600 trees and flowers, is another opportunity to take in the romantic, tranquil atmosphere. Private Transportation: We are happy to help you reserve a private car for $150/Q1200, paid directly to the drivers, for a one-way trip arriving at Panajachel, followed by a private boat ride for Q250 per boat. Breakfast: Breakfast must be booked in advance at a price of Q150/$20 USD per person. Alternatively, you can travel to town for breakfast. All breakfasts will be served on the beach with prior reservation. Property Access: Our property is accessible via the main gate on the road, which requires a key that you will receive upon check-in. Note that check-in via the road is only available if previously arranged; otherwise, check-in is via the lakefront. Guests can arrive by private or public boat, which can be flagged down at our private dock. Facilities: Guests have access to our entire garden (except for the private part of the pink house) and private dock with a shaded sitting area, sunbathing, and swimming area. There is free Wi-Fi and the use of a kayak, paddleboard, and heliport. Amenities: Endless drinking water, coffee, and tea are provided. A small fridge is located in your room with alcohol available for purchase. High-quality bed linens and endless towels are included, as well as good-quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We are happy to store your takeout in our fridge and set up a table for you on the beach. Additionally, please do not exercise in the room or on a terrace; we have a special place on the beach for this. Both of these rules are subject to a $200 fee if not followed. Enjoy a romantic dinner by the fire on the beach with a 7-course tasting menu for $95 per person, plus a 15% service charge for a minimum of 8 guests. The house is conveniently located within a private garden and just 20m from the lakeshore in a very quiet and safe setting. It is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the village of San Marcos and has its dock from which you can catch a public boat every 20 minutes ( take 7 min by boat to San Marcos or 35 to Panajachel ). Restaurants and shops are within an easy walk, short tuk-tuk, or boat ride. We don't spray any chemicals and you are located in raw nature, some harmless spiders or black scorpions can be seen sometimes. PLEASE NOTE: At Anzan Table, our culinary offerings are exclusive and event-centric, catering to groups of at least 8 people for special events, retreats, or unique occasions. We don’t operate as a daily restaurant but rather open our doors for these special gatherings, or during our signature event nights, welcoming both our guests and the public to indulge in our exceptional dining experience. -We are happy to help you reserve a private boat or a car or helicopter ( 35 min. from the airport) that will arrive directly at the property  -Breakfasts must be booked a day in advance.
