However, in rare cases: If temperatures drop below -20°C (-4°F), the hot tub may be temporarily closed to ensure proper function and guest safety. Occasionally, maintenance or repairs may be required to keep everything running smoothly. These situations are uncommon, and we’ll always do our best to notify guests in advance if any closures are necessary.
