Located less than 100 mts from Alameda Central, 1.5km from Main Square (Zocalo and Cathedral), and 2 blocks from Reforma Ave. The area is busy specially in weekends, I places special insulation with an additional double glass window framing. The place has an AC unit in the living room The space The distribution is: - Main room has its own bathroom and a double bed. - The second room has also a double bed. - There is one full bathroom in the living room. - The living room has two sofa beds: the first one turns into a double bed and the second one into a small twin bed (more suitable for a child under 12). - There is a little working desk and sofa so you can have a different environment to work and keep your computer. Equipped with: - Furniture - Towels - Linen - Kitchenware and appliances - Dish washer - Laundry washer and dryer - Smart TV - Wi-Fi (exclusive for the apartment) - Parking shared for one car in the buildings parking lot (at no extra cost) - A portable air conditioning unit (also works as heather) with 12,000 BTUs. You only have to place the hose hole preparation in the main window. While the weather in Mexico City is not extreme, some people just can't live without it. -Please note that the place has no view, just regular buildings across the street. (Two places in the same line -one for you, and one for the neighboor). We have to be in comunication in order to move your car when its necessary. Only SMALL cars.
